Distribution Coordinator
Remote • Contract
$50/release | 1–5 releases/month
Responsibilities include:
• Managing music distribution workflows
• Creating pre-save campaigns (Hypeddit or similar)
• Coordinating release timelines and calendars
• Communicating with artists and the label team
Experience with Symphonic or similar platforms preferred.
For someone who loves both music and systems.

Project & Communications Coordinator
Remote • Project-Based
$200–500/project
Current projects include:
• Children’s compilation album
• Affirmations album
• DJ spotlight series
You’ll help coordinate communication, scheduling, and project flow between artists, collaborators, and our team.
Ideal for someone who enjoys turning big creative visions into clear next steps.

Marketplace Contributors
We’re seeking makers, artists, and product-based businesses interested in collaborating with Moonbabe.
Examples:
• Apparel & merchandise
• Wellness products
• Ritual goods
• Handmade creations
• Limited-edition collaborations
Products may be featured in our online shop and at live events.

Virtual Assistant
Remote • Flexible Hours
$25/hr
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Organized and self-directed
• Comfortable with Google Drive and online tools
• Skilled at editing long-form content into short-form social clips
• Responsive and communicative
• Able to share examples of past work and collaborators
A great fit for someone who enjoys supporting creative projects from behind the scenes.
